When you have got up at 6am and gone form Dublin to Galway (OK - I sat and was driven!) there is nothing nicer than a big fry to bring you back to life when you arrive.
We found the GBC cafe off Eyre square and one I saw the range of set breakfasts they had on offer it was decided. I went for the full Irish (how unusual). It was very good value at just 8 euro and 50 cent. Considering it consisted of....*deep breath*...2 rashers, fried egg, 2 sausages, baked beans, mushrooms, black pudding, white pudding, tomato, hash brown, two slices toast and a big mug of coffee. PHEW!
